  • Order Processing Time: 1-2 business days.
  • Standard Shipping: Delivered within 10-15 business days via DHL or FedEx. Shipping fee: €12.95.
  • Free Shipping: Available for orders over €50, delivered within 15-25 business days via EMS.

Please note that we do not ship to certain remote areas and parts of Asia.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy within 15 days of receiving your order.

Return & Exchange Process

  1. Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, the items you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for the return or exchange.
  2. Receive Return Authorization: We will send you a return authorization with detailed instructions on packaging and shipping.
  3. Ship the Item: Carefully pack the item in its original packaging and ship it to:

  4. Confirmation of Receipt: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you of the status of your return or exchange.

Refund

Once your return is approved, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please note that initial shipping fees are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Cannes Mouche: Due to their specialized nature and specific use, fly fishing rods cannot be returned once used.
  • Accessoires Biwy: Biwy accessories, such as sleeping bags and tents, cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
